no, cmt is the only tool that allows accessing almost all AMA bookings. Some carriers are excempt, for example if you do a booking with LH directly, you cant access it on cmt.

Too bad. I wanted some nice web tool I don't want another goshdarned app on my phone. I already have six airline apps, three hotel apps, passwallet and AirBnb.

CheckMyTrip 6.10.0 (mandatory upgrade 1 Mar 2023) is a massive downgrade in functiona

CheckMyTrip just got updated (6.10.0) and is massively emasculated:

1. Email must match PNR for newly added bookings
2. Email OTP needed to log in
3. E-ticket number no longer displayed

(mods please merge if discussed elsewhere)

This update is a mess. I have used this app for a quick overview of my trips and also checking the status of flights (often found out here the flight is changed or cancelled). All my logically merged trips now unmerged. As a destination of the trip only first leg is shown.

any suggestion for replacement? As of now this app is useless :-/

Are you using Android or iPhone? I'm using Android and after updating the app, I can't even view my list of trips now. The digital assistant is a joke.

Adding to the list:
4. Partner's PNR no longer displayed. For example, BA issued ticket on AA metal, can't view AA PNR.
5. Passenger's name no longer displayed.
6. All past trips, active trips and canceled trips are on display. No way to filter them. The app runs very slow.

This is a backward update with a lot of useful information gone. Are they trying to monetize such information? I don't see a way to pay.

They want airlines and OTAs and agencies to pay them.

I don't know about the travel agents, but the airlines that use Amadeus already do pay Amadeus.

I mean will they release a CheckMyTrip+ version that charges app users a premium subscription fee so that we can view more details about our trips? I will be fine to pay and hate to be blindsided.

Amadeus has always been a B2B company more than B2C - so it renders a premium consumer-oriented subscription version unlikely.

More likely theyre trying to sell more add-on features to airlines, on top of what theyre currently paying/what theyre paying for basic access to the system.

7. Forward confirmation email to [email protected] functionality no longer working

There's a discussion on Checkmytrip's FB page on 6.10.0:

I also got this 'Oops'. Thought it was because my CheckMyTrip email did not match the booking's. I then updated the email in the booking, but the problem did not go away.
