It appears that routing rules are no longer displayed - returns with "FORMAT".
Searching for AC fares - all city pairs. Just checked further and it seems to be affecting all airlines and fares. |

Either user error or there is glitch in the seat alerts today. Set up an alert for 3/8/13 on ATL-DFW 1835. Set up an alert for the specific seats of 20B, 21B, 20D, 21D. Did not check any of the boxes at the top of the alert.
At 4:30pm today (3/4), I checked the seat map and saw 20B and 21D showing available. No alert was sent to me and the alert says it's still active. I made it do a quick check, came back and said could not find any seats available. I have sense moved myself into 21D, but 20B is still showing available. What am I missing, this should have generated an alert and certainly should have done so when I forced it to check. |

alert for newly published routes?
Is there any way to setup an alert in EF for when an airline publishes a timetable for a route?
For example, I want to setup a seat alert for SVO-TFS for december. I cannot do that because Aeroflot, who flies this route, did not publish their timetable for December yet. I would like to get an alert when they (or anybody else) publishes a timetable for this route. Is there any way to do it? Thanks Ron |

A Flight Alert can only be created for a flight that we know exists. |
expert flyer help
Looking to fly from uio to ord on oct. 11 or 12 business class
or fly from scl to ord business class on oct. 13 or 14. Different agents have told me different stories either not loaded and keep calling or almost all seats are filled. Thanks |

Tried using the free version but it is really no help to me so if any of the experts here would be willing to check for me I would be grateful.
Cheers. |
No I did not so I withdraw my query as I certainly did not intend to violate the rules.
Thanks |
I would suggest that you at least sign up for a trial. The information that EF provides is invaluable, and is certainly worth the few dollars it takes for a month.
When I plan my travels, I tend to do all my searches with EF first. This allows me to know before talking to an agent, sometimes finding options that even the agents themselves didn't think to check. |
The free version should have the same powers as the paid version. Are you basically asking for help on how to use it?
|
I guess I am as I have tried the free version and got nowhere. My computer skills are just not as good as I thought. Maybe my senior moments are getting more frequent.
thanks for asking |

We have moved your query to the proper Forum Travel Tools, and the proper / best thread (ExpertFlyer.com Help Desk Thread).
