There is a problem with AW math engine!! My balances went up by 700k in the last week and I can assure you that did not really happen! Went from 2.8 mil to 3.5 mil just like that....What is even more ludicrous is that while it updates it shows my total balance is.... 9.8 million (I wish!!!). I now just give up on the total balance number and just watch my individual balances for miles posting I am expecting.

Another suggestion for the AW team.

I have plenty of accts on file as I supervise family accts. Takes a while to update, and thats a waste because plenty are rather orphan.

I would like to mark some with priority, and have a tab saying "update priority list", and also have the option to tick a bunch of accts to update. Now it seems its only one at a time or all- in the order they are listed.

My AA fails (after the workaround worked fine for awhile) and now my Continental connection attempt fail in Firefox and takes a long time in IE

A firefox update was pushed to me yesterday. The AA Award Wallet extension does not work with it and has been disabled.

We have had a bug related to calculating totals if you have the new extension and some AA accounts added.

Thanks for following up.

In case you have missed it upthread, seems you have discontinued replying to suggestions for improvements. I have posted pleny over the past months.

And here is my last suggestion unless you still want them;

The bar on the left showing changes of balance, and the brackets in the window when updating- should also be reflected if only change of status.

I had a current PC AMB status go through, and it would be much easier to see changes if I could look for the regular change symbols.

This morning I had to re-install AA extension after it failed - works fine now.

AwardWallet is totally down for me at the moment. I've never seen that before.

It was for me as well. Instead of using my shortcut link, I went to http://www.awardwallet.com directly (note it was not https). From there, it worked. It just redirected me to the right place. This could easily have been a time coincidence, but if so, then it should be back for you as well because it's now working fine for me.

Could you post the updated link for the extension? I couldn't find it.

Tks!

I'm pretty sure it's still in beta and that you have to request to be included in the beta.

You don't have to request to be in a beta. You just add the AA program like you normally would and once you click VALIDATE on the addition screen, the AW service will attempt to install the extension, at least that's what it did for me in Chrome.

Anybody else have problems logging in to either AA, BA or HA?

Thanks! It worked :-)
