How is jetogo? I'm fond of non-expiring and reliable esims, even if they're a bit more expensive.

It's ok. It says Verizon/T-Mobile, but occasionally it is unable to connect to T-Mobile (but it'll connect to Verizon successfully ). You can have 4 esim profiles sharing same account balance which is a huge plus, but it currently always routes via London

I would look at the other payg esims with regional routing for lower latency too - roamless, nxtlsim, and maybe qrispy. It's possible for roamless to force routing via north america always, (though some users don't have this feature) , while the other two are just based on your location and you cannot force it

Yes, Lycamobile UK is a UK MVNO that uses EE only. When you use it, you should get a local UK IP address

Apparently you have to cancel or they will charge you again?

And there's report of a data hack and people getting charges put on their cards for something unrelated.

IIRC (I had a Lyca eSIM last fall and used it for just under a month), I turned off automatic payments and that was sufficient.

Yeah you either have to call in or use their app or website. The latter two requires creating an account and storing a credit card with them.
