My first-gen Apple Watch finally annoyed me enough recently (with its poor battery life and lag) that I pulled the trigger on the Series 3 without LTE. So far, so good; it looks like it'll last 48 hours minimum. Maybe I'll consider the LTE model for Series 4 or 5.
In any case, I'm glad I didn't shell out the money for the more expensive stainless steel or ceramic models since the Apple Watch seems to only have a 3 year usable life at best.

Just upgraded to iPhone 8 (Product) Red from an iPhone 7 (Product) Red. The glass feels nice, reminds me of the old iPhone 4/4s. The redness has gone a little darker though, as if to match the black front...

Congrats but you know in 2 months there will be new models? Hope you got a good deal.
Unless you like the fingerprint reader because looks like they're not going to make TouchID iPhones any more.

Yes my eyes were open - or I would not know how the iPX responded - but yet again this morning I had to enter my passcode. Glad it works most of the time for others.
I think my biggest mistake early in the morning is often not keeping the iPX at a proper distance but there remain not a few times when I held it at the normal cradle position in my hand and Face ID still failed.
I have already done more than one Face ID scan because at first the iPX had issues with whether I was wearing contacts or not.

Thanks, I will give this a go. Considering I have corneal transplants + cataract surgery and cannot use my eyes with CLEAR this adjustment may make the iPX more user friendly for me.
