Ooop! Can't seem to get the Flickr link to work here, despite trying to emulate what sbm12's instructional post on "how to embed your pictures here"
I couldn't figure our what sbm12 meant by (img tag here). Which part is the img tag?
I had posted pics here before from flickr w/o problem. What's changed?
Help!

I like using Photobucket.com---after you upload the picture, it gives you 4 different hyperlinks for you picture depending on what you want to do with it. It's free, too.

These were almost 4 years ago. Took VDB on ATA flight HNL-PHX and got put up in a hotel that I can't even remember, as it was only for about 5 hours before I had to return to the airport for my reroute HNL-SEA leg. But this is downtown HNL at dusk.

Oh, two more. Really hard to find photos from hotel, I have so many good images but very few are taken from the room.
This is standing just in front of the Sea View Guesthouse in Doolin, Ireland. Tiny little village 6km from Cliffs of Moher.

This one is in Bucharest. A block west of University Square, on Calea Victoriei . The children in the center of this image (One boy in blue trousers, yellow jacket, another in blue cap and another in yellow cap) are 3 of the 4 who managed to rob me of my PDA and hearing aid the night before at the corner directly opposite where they are standing in this photo. Sucked! But it made for a fun experience reporting the theft to police (hearing aid insured, report required). Got to ride in the back of a police car, listen to officer's distaste for Romani, and had a fun time speaking English, girlfriend translating to French, translator speaking to detective in Romanian, and back again.

My turn (at last)
As I stay in the cheap joints, I hardly get a view these days. This was taken in on October 30th, when i got up. A view of Grant Park, Chicago from the hotel room at dawn (The Essex Inn for those who care...).

From the concierge lounge at the Renaissance Yangtze Shanghai Hotel. Taken on a sunny morning (but couldn't see the sun due to heavy pollution).

IMO, mee's photo from his room in Bucharest (post #26) is stunning. Sharpen that baby up, pump a bit of contrast into it and it would be even better.
Anyways, mine pales in comparison to his (or anyone's for that matter). From Amelia Island Plantation Resort, outside JAX.
