Travel dispatch from Industry Standard

A new newsletter called TechTraveler from the Industry Standard takes a hard look every week at the online travel business and has features to help consumers makes sense of online resources. In this weeks issue, I analyze recent findings by Consumers Reports. In a brief toward the bottom, I mention the upcoming FlyerTalk chats with execs from leading loyalty programs.
