Boston-bound American Airlines flight returns to Miami after rapid decompression
A 1-foot-by-2-foot hole was found in the fuselage of a commercial airliner that suddenly lost cabin pressure shortly after taking off from Miami, authorities said.
Passengers aboard American Airlines Flight 1640 were hysterical when the Boston-bound flight lost cabin pressure Tuesday night, a passenger said.

Yikes and kudos to the flight deck crew ^ for getting the aircraft down to a safe altitude and then landing safely.

Yeah, I agree. I'm glad that nobody is hurts during in-flight yesterday.

Really? Wow! I didn't realize know that. The fuel trucks didn't closed the tanks. It should have to take own responsible to closing the fuel tanks before the aircraft is leave from the gates. You have makes sure it is everything is good and if you see fuel is leaking on the grounds. You have to tell the fuel handler to close the tanks.
