Really? Wow! I didn't realize know that. The fuel trucks didn't closed the tanks. It should have to take own responsible to closing the fuel tanks before the aircraft is leave from the gates. You have makes sure it is everything is good and if you see fuel is leaking on the grounds. You have to tell the fuel handler to close the tanks.
