I'm in Japan on the 3rd-8th, probably on a beach from the 8th-10th, and in Bangkok on the morning of the 11th. I'm leaning towards the Westin but still keeping an eye for cheaper deals before I book it.

We are still planning on being at Som Tam Paradise eightish on 11 July. We are currently in Phnom Penh, hopping a bus in the morning for Battambang. We will be coming overland from Siem Reap to Bangkok on the 11th.

Wish I could make the Som Tam meet, but will miss it.
I'm am in BKK for 2 nights starting tomorrow (4th & 5th), if anyone is around. At SGS the first night, and just around the corner the following night.

Looks like we'll arrive around 27th so will miss the Som Tom Paradise. But i've subscribed to this thread for future meet ups - it will be my first. Enjoy

Plans keep changing for where I'll be staying and which days I'll be in Bangkok, but will still be there on the 11th at 8pm.

I'm not a "crazy-nightlife" person, but I thought I should try Pattaya at least once.
