United Flight NRT-BKK in booking class S mileage 100%?

United Flight NRT-BKK in booking class S mileage 100%?
Hi,
i found a dirty cheap united fare to BKK from NRT.
the booking class is S .
do i get 100% miles if i credit it to my Thai ROP Account?
the problem is, it is a ANA Codeshare and ANA only earn 70% Mileage.
So do i now earn 100% miles or only 70%?

P.S. is there a way to upgrade to business or first using SWU from booking class S ? or can i upgrade with miles? i have 50k united miles or more.
