A quick timetable display shows the above times. However if you go into Direct Access (which KVS probably doesn't offer) - or to paraphrase into Thai's system, and book the flights, the following times show, which I would venture to be correct:

TG 466 Y 16MAY MELBKK HS2 1600 2110
TG 940 Y 17MAY BKKMXP HS2 0035 0710

I understand this, but why all four availability methods give different times (example below) from Amadeus?

Does it mean they all are wrong? I am sure that my TA is using Sabre, so will she give me wrong answer if I ask her?

Because TG haven't updated them yet. For schedule changes, this can take up to 7 days.

She would tell you whatever Sabre is showing (which you can also see yourself via the KVS Tool), unless she [manually] goes into the "Direct Connect" Mode.
