No Royal Silk Option for Domestic Flights
I just tried to book a ticket on thaiair.com and there are no business class fares displayed for domestic flights.
I have:
1) looked at a few dates between now and year end;
2) checked BKK-CNX and BKK-HKT; and
3) used the "international" and the "domestic" booking options.
All the above provide just a lot of economy fare options. I last checked a couple of days ago and business class fares were appearing. Also, I booked business class fares on their site as recently as April.
Any ideas?

Looks like someone broke their website. It was working for me as well last week or so, but not now. Just use the "Multi-city" option though and like many times, it can cure the problem.
