list the messages
then select the messages you want to move.

then at the bottom right, you have an option to
"move to folder"

i think that should do the trick

Hmm.. works for me.

When you click on the drop-down menu on "Private Messages" on the
left side.. does it indicate that folder? it should.

Just checked this and it is working fine from what I can tell. Try going to Private Messages > Edit Folders and make sure that the folders you are looking for are set up there, if not you can add them there.

Yes, I see that and when I click on the name of the folder I created it goes to that folder, but my question is how to move messages that in the inbox to these folders. I selected the messages I want and then clicked the drop down under "move to folder" at the bottom right but I don't see my folders there. Thanks.

Are you sure you've created them properly?

If you are positive about it.. I guess you can ask Tim to look into it.

Your folders are not listed in the "move to folder" drop down, with that option selected you need to click the "go" button next to the drop down and you will be given a list of folders that you can move the messages to then. Hope that helps.

Yeah, that worked finally. I was under the impression that when I clicked on the move to folders drop down I would see folders that I created just like there is a delete folder already. I thot I had to select the message select the folder I want it to go to and then press "go".

I am the only who did not realise this? Thanks.
