I have no idea. I can’t even see which page of a multi-page thread I’m looking at!

No, I'm on 'FT Desktop NG' on a 28" Mac (and also on iPad). As has been noted before, IMO there's just insufficient contrast between the current page number and the rest. The difference between the 'bold blue' and the 'black' is still not good for my ageing eyes. It's much clearer on PPRuNe, which uses a bit of background shading.

However, you told me last time that this was how it's going to be (Post #725 )..

The two with red arrows do seem to be a different font size.

Chrome Version 67.0.3396.99 (Official Build) (64-bit) on Windows 10.latest.

Here's the HTML source:

Thanks jackal, although I can't really read that, since I'm not that technically oriented. Which page was that forum listing on?

Something's definitely different a la Jackal post, plus the Forum column seems wider to me as well. I am of the opinion that something has changed somewhere. Is it intern season again?

I'm not super proficient in HTML, but AFAICT, the two styles are the same...so I'm not sure why our browsers are rendering them different sizes. @IBxAnders or someone with web dev experience should be able to verify the HTML code.

That was from http://www.flyertalk.com/forum/usercp.php.

Apologies in advance if I'm posting to the wrong thread but I noticed a couple issues with Flyertalk 2.0 which I thought I'd bring up:
  1. Hyperlinking to a website sometimes pulls content into the post which totally disrupts the flow of the text like this (there's no option to disable this 'feature'):

  2. Sometimes when quoting the same member's post several times (manually manipulating the tags to allow you to comment on each point), the text rendering engine gets confused like in this post I made earlier today. Here's what it looks like:

Safe Coding,

James Simpson

While we're on the topic of quoting other posters, the LEFT and RIGHT justify tags are just totally ridiculous and unnecessary and cause a bunch of hanging tags in quotes. Nobody needs to right justify a forum post, it's just pure feature bloat for zero benefit.

The entire advanced editor is like that, really. Anyone using different fonts or sizes should honestly be permabanned. This is a web forum, not a freaking word processor.

I believe this was mentioned before, but I don't recall exactly where. When you quote someone and make certain text in the quote bold, it lightens the color of the rest of the text in the quote box, which makes the rest of the text very hard to read. See example below:

Did both and the post still looks that way on my screen, but the quote you made looks fine. Here's the post, does it look normal when you look at it? https://www.flyertalk.com/forum/30053350-post117.html

Maybe the poster changed the formatting color of the non-bolded text in the quote box?

Looks to be just that post as doing the same for me.
