For those who are disabling, we welcome comments and suggestions.
Why are you disabling it?
Do you find the trending threads interesting or useful?
Is there a way to keep them and satisfy your forum directory requirements?

Also disabled it because it is absolutely useless for me - there are only certain forums on FT that I frequent, so the "trending threads" page just shows me a bunch of stuff that I have zero interest in and zero want to see.
Is there a way to switch the widths of the two areas - make the forum directory the wide side and the trending threads the thin? You MIGHT interest me if you did this.

Why are you disabling it? See below.
Do you find the trending threads interesting or useful? No; very distracting and of no particular use to me.

Hideous. Make it opt-in, not opt-out if you want to keep it.
Not only do I visit specific forums, I want posts to remain organized within their forums, because often, those subforums interests change from day to day. Trending puts them all in one pile.

Another change where we have to opt-out. And another that was not among what members asked for in the poll last yearI'm disabling. "trending" is not a criterion that matters to me when it comes to threads or forums. Why that criterion would be made primary in a forum redesign isn't obvious to me but I'm sure there is some revenue-enhancing reason behind this change.
I skim the forums and will click on a thread that looks interesting or which I've already been reading. Whether a thread is trending or the popularity level has no bearing on my interest. While I have forums I read regularly I'll also check out others from time to time, so having the new theme only show subscribed threads is of no value to me either.
The trending design is also odd and clunky though of course beauty is in the eye of the beholder.
How about addressing the things that most users have asked for and stop fixing what isn't broken?

This feature will remain opt-out, so that everyone has a chance to see it and decide what they prefer.
