Quick Links inaccessible from Android phone
I've reset my phone and such. When I click Quick Links I see either nothing or a list way off to the left:

But if I refresh the page and click Quick Links without zooming in, the dropdown appears in the correct position.

The site is currently not 100% functional for all mobile devices - we are working on responsive skin to accomplish this, and will announce its availability as soon as it has passed our beta testing group. Thank you for your patience.
