Quick Links inaccessible from Android phone
 

I've reset my phone and such. When I click Quick Links I see either nothing or a list way off to the left:

Sorry that I was not clear. The links work, but they show up in the wrong place on the screen.

But if I refresh the page and click Quick Links without zooming in, the dropdown appears in the correct position.
