No luck for almost 2 days. DSL connection at home and T1 at work - no difference. All other forums working okay.

uncle wiggily Jan 10, 2003 7:47 am

I have DSL and thought it was the problem. Cannot enter (as of Friday, 1/10/03 9:50 a.m. EST)

I echo the current problems accessing the AA forum, as well as the general sluggishness of the forums in general. Seems to have been since the forums were updated (routine maintenance) a few days back.

We're experiencing a large surge in traffic recently... it seems to be sporadic, and hopefully we can get this resolved soon. The larger forums, such as AA, are taking it the hardest as they have the most posts to sort through.

Savvy Traveler Jan 10, 2003 12:13 pm

Must be a pretty serious problem with the AA forum for it to be down for so long.

rothsteg Jan 10, 2003 1:59 pm

It's not sporadic. I haven't been able to get in for two days now, admittedly only trying during the day time.

writetorich Jan 10, 2003 2:03 pm

Hey , this is getting pretty serious. I'm starting to have withdrawal symtoms http://www.flyertalk.com/forum/smile.gif

JIMCHI Jan 10, 2003 2:07 pm

Dan, the AA forum is DOWN, not just busy. It has been inaccessible for two days now, day or night. Clearly there is something wrong, not just being a little busier lately.
