Red face Pages do not load properly

Hi

In the last several days I have had problems loading thread pages. Typically all of the pages contain the moneyshop.tv banners. These banners appear either just below the menu bar - with nothing below them OR within the first post on the right - with nothing on the left. Sometimes I am able to reload the page where this ad does not appear and the page displays properly.

From my experience working to troubleshoot website issues, it always helps to include a screenshot of what you're seeing... In this case especially since you're UK based it may be a geo-targetted ad that'd make replicating the situation more difficult.

That's right, TravelingPeanut -- if you can grab a screenshot that will help us block the ad. I'll pass along the moneyshop.tv address in the meantime.

Paul,

The moneyshop.tv ad is reportedly causing problems for our members. The screenshot above was taken a good two minutes after I opened the thread.

Yes, in the last half hour. The issue was brought to my attention by members posting in the BA forum (a large UK based section of our community). http://www.flyertalk.com/forum/briti...ot-ads-ft.html

Will you be able to fix this in time for the weekend?

Should be today -- looks like the ad is coming from more than one network, because we already blocked it once!
