IBJoel thanks. I got a set of emails this morning. If you have any details of what worked to fix this, perhaps you guys can send by PM. I'll likely not understand all of it, but I've had issues with this account in other places, and this info may help.

I'm pretty sure it was random. At some point, we sent you an email and it bounced, probably just a random downtime or maintenance cycle on your end, normal stuff. Then because repeatedly sending bounced emails harms our email legitimacy ranking, we put you on a "do not send" list. I do not understand how the latter part of my explanation works, but here we are.

Receiving emails again, thanks for your assistance. At the moment it doesn't seem like I am getting very many but that is probably because there is not a lot of activity in my subscribed threads.

Not sure if this is the right place to post my issue.

I am an FT user (IntrepidAfrican is my original username). Exactly one year after I registered my account (roughly May), I was prompted to login. I use the iCloud Keychain, so should have no issues recalling my password, but the password was rejected.

Tried resetting the password, but I never receive the email with the reset link (checked spam: it doesn’t go there). I’m unable to register a new account with the same original email address.

Is there any way I can get my original profile restored? I’ve been lurking the last few months, but as I’m about to begin travel again, I’d like to use my profile more.

appreciate any help offered.
