Tech is investigating the issue regarding chat. They think they have narrowed down the problem and are looking for a solution.

It's 11:50pm EDT 8/5 & I just tried logging in. Same problem. Shouldn't tech have sorted this out by now? I'm just sayin...

Well, yes they should have. Especially for a company whose "business model is producing superior results."

Well maybe I am jaded, but I am NOT one bit surprised that it has NOT been fixed. Clearly its a low priority

If it seriously takes this long to fix, then maybe its TIME for new CHAT PLATFORM!

Is chat working? I was able to log in this evening, but no one else is there. Has everyone "given up" / awaiting word that it's fixed? Or was it just a fluke that I got in? Or am I not really there?
