They seem to have an F line as well, which I have used to solve problems several times. It is a +41 number ending in ***17. The automated answer message says "Welcome to Swiss First Class"

You would be helping people if you publish the number, LH publish theirs online, so why is the LX one not ?? If none F pax call the LH one they just refuse to talk to them, sure LX would do the same.

As HON i have the Core customer care team number.

I think many would benefit from having this number.

I have had a LOT of frustrations trying to change a LX FC flex ticket (as noted in another thread) and any info. to contact LX would be helpful.

Can you change it online? I have made a few changes online.
This only will work if you purchase the ticket direct from them

For the love of First Class please share this number (even if it's just via PM). Here I've been thinking (and even worse) saying on this forum no LX First Class Hotline exists, just the LHG one. I've had more than one situation I wished there was a dedicated LX First Class hotline to deal with some issues I encountered. Where did you find this? And how long has this number, whose mere existence has so far eluded me, existed?

During a call with the LH first class booking office in Germany (I'm having difficulties in changing a full first flex fare ticket by one day, as noted in another thread here), they suggested that I call the SWISS first class booking/ticket office in CH. The number they gave me was +41 848 365 365.

I did not call the number, so I can't vouch for it being correct (vs. just another regular booking office), however someone is welcome to try it and report back.

It doesn't work calling from the US or via Skype. Great!

sbams please share the number via PM or otherwise

Sorry gang, I tried.

I'll try getting the number again (I was thinking maybe I missed a digit?) on Monday, when I call LH AGAIN in DE; the agent I spoke with this a.m. had a natural incuriosity, a natural defensiveness about his own limitations and stupidity, and no desire to be helpful other than telling me that the itinerary I wanted wasn't showing as available on his screen.

So, I'll continue trying to fight the good fight, and that includes finding a workable LX 1st phone number in CH (assuming such a thing exists).

I just remembered that a few months ago I was dealing with the LH F line and there was some issue with my LX ticket and they suggested I speak to the LX desk. So, I found the number in my contacts. It doesn't work from my US phone but works via skype. It's "Swiss core customer care". TravelinWilly chris63 Nick Art anonimous I will PM it to you now.

So I gave in and tried calling the number, and it was indeed the SWISS International first class line. I'm not sure what you got, NYC1, but it worked for me, it was just a very expensive call because I did a straight-forward call from my US mobile (vs. Skype or Google), since I figured I would get either nothing or a recording.

I was prompted to press 3 for English, I pressed 3, and the call was picked up immediately. I asked the man if this was a general reservations line or a first class line, and he said that it was for first class customers.

SO...I guess others' mileage may vary? But the number I posted above (+41 848 365 365) worked for me for SWISS first class reservations.
