Curiously, LX did not update its website in connection with lounge openings. It still displays the 1 June situation.

I assume from LX's email that I copied yesterday above that the GVA lounges opening is not yet on the agenda.

Given the FCL A open and E closed....what features except the marvellous view on the tarmac isn't available in the FCL A in comparison to the FCL E?

The views and the day rooms and the convenience of being closer to the E Gates.
Although Taking the limo over to E and then directly board your flight is still convenient. Or if you have too much time spend some time in the Senator Whiskey bar.

Just sitting in the FCL A and only eavesdropping a bit what other guests order. The kitchen seems to be ready to do most breakfast dishes and one guest ordered a beef tartare… the grappas are gone.

Sitting in FCL A now. Just had a very nice Egg Benedict and ordered a Beef Tatare. They also have White Wine Risotto with Scampi and some other things (Quinoa Bowl, Smoked Salmon etc.). No printed menu, but the manager told me what they have and also mentioned that the kitchen will do their best to accommodate other requests… Overall a very nice experience.
