Dear SWISS Lurker Mileage Credit not working

Same here. Within the last 48hrs all my February segments have been posted. Not at the very same moment but slowly and steady piece by piece. January segments are still missing.

Yep, my dad's flights are all in his account as well now.
No problem with the delay but poor showing from Swiss for not pro-actively alerting members. They probably would have saved their customer service team a lot of headaches as well.

I requested missing LX miles credit on the LX M&M site for 2 flights taken in late March providing flight details as well as E-ticket number. My LX online account statement shows the requested flights but with a comment "Name not on passenger list" and no mileage credit. I'm not sure what is happening here.
The LX flights were bought online and I submitted the request with LX PNR and E-ticket number.
Any suggested e-mail address where I can make another request for missing mileage and send copies of boarding passes and booking confirmation?
