Post #29 of this thread would suggest otherwise.

The tardiness in fixing this error is puzzling, especially as it gives anyone who forgets their reservation and forfeits as a no-show a valid get-out.

What they actually need to do is remove the words no upcoming stays along with the brackets and then you are left with the All Stays link which when clicked will take you to the page containing your upcoming stays. Seems a pretty easy fix.

I like the way you think - sweep it under the rug and walk away discreetly. Are you also in IT?

All joking aside, can one of the Lurkers give us a clue as to when this may be resolved? I still see my upcoming stays correctly on my Android and iOS devices, but it is still jarring/disconcerting to continue to see "No upcoming stays" when I go to spg.com.

We have forwarded your comments to our web assist team two months ago for a review and were informed that this is being worked on.

Sorry no clue or answer to the clue so far.

Not a big deal since I do see that the reservation exists but just a bit weird that I can't access the details, rates and cancellation policies...
Click on "send confirmation" link of this reservation -- usually it works, you'll see the details afterwards

Any update on this? The glitch cost me over $400. Went in to cancel an upcoming stay due to a change in business plans, but the main page said no upcoming stays, so i assumed i had cancelled already and just forgot that i did so....until my CC was charged for not showing up. I have emailed and called Plat Concierge several times and the last response was a reminder to save my email confirmations. The fact is when the site says "no upcoming stays" it's giving me incorrect information....and cost me money. Very loyal SPG customer, but this is extremely upsetting.

Same thing happened to me in September. Different outcome, for me, luckily, but only because of luck.

And as we speak, I have two reservations 2 weeks from today. SPG website tells me "no upcoming stays".

It's plain condescending for SPG to tell you and tell me to save all our email confirmations. We're relying on information SPG is putting in front of us.

Is it really that hard to change the code to replace "no upcoming stays" with " "?

Get your s___ together, SPG.

I've fought a similar no-show charge due to the website being 'not presently available' when I tried to cancel and had it refunded. I would not walk away from this - if you are firm you will prevail. SPG needs to take responsibility for a website suffering chronic malfunction of one type or another.

Now my W BKK reservation disappeared... Doesn't matter whether I click further or not. It just won't show anywhere?...

Out of my two reservations I can only see one

Different issue (I believe). As frustrating as the "No upcoming stays", of course.

You didn't say what day this reservation is for. If it's for today or maybe tomorrow, there's some point when SPG "hands over" the reservation to the local property.

Well I'm not sure what's worse... that our SPG welcome page says "No Upcoming Stays" or that I cannot even see an actual reservation, even after clicking on "ALL Stays" or looking it up through "Find Stays" with my last name and confirmation number??...

I'll email the W Bangkok to reconfirm with them directly.

In addition to having none of my upcoming stays show up in the proper place on the website, my upcoming reservation for Thursday Jan 10 disappeared completely today. I called my Ambassador with my confirmation number and she told me that somehow my Platinum SPG membership number had been separated from that particular reservation causing it to disappear.Adding it back to the original confirmation also brought the reservation back on spg.com(though not under the upcoming stay banner). It gets tiring having to babysit these reservations every week.

I'm getting tired of this issue. Rather annoying. SPG's IT skills are awful.
