Actually all my bookings show up only when I click on "My Stays". Once there all the details can be viewed except for one.... at the LM Jakarta. For some reason it just says
"The system is temporarily unavailable. For assistance, please call 866-500-8320 in the U.S. or Canada. Residents of all other countries, please see our Worldwide Reservations Offices ."
Not a big deal since I do see that the reservation exists but just a bit weird that I can't access the details, rates and cancellation policies...

It's pretty standard not to be able to see the reservation details on line for reservations that are part of a group room block, negotiated rate, or if Plat Concierge contacts the hotel and does something manual to the reservation such as opening up a rate or room type.

It's pretty standard not to be able to see the reservation details on line for reservations that are part of a group room block, negotiated rate, or if Plat Concierge contacts the hotel and does something manual to the reservation such as opening up a rate or room type.
So I have falsely assured myself that I had cancelled an upcoming reservation, because it did not appear under "My Stays". I had to call SPG to confirm that the reservation really was cancelled; and no it was not. My card would've been charged for the night if the property hadn't chosen to waive it.
Maybe the heading should be "Some Of My Stays".

No Upcoming Stays! But here's your next stay.
SPG website says: "We look forward to seeing you at (hotel name) on 11/29/2012."
The next line says: "Your Stays No upcoming stays".
When I click on "ALL Stays", there's a tab for "Upcoming Stays", which indeed shows all of my upcoming stays.

I am perfectly aware of this and in fact I have reported the same phenomenon as others here, in earlier posts in this thread. However, the post immediately above mine was asking why there were no details for one particular upcoming stay. My post that you quoted suggested a couple possible reasons for the lack of details for this one particular stay (where the person observing this has provided few details).

I, too, received the "no upcoming stays" message. I needed to cancel a reservation. Luckily I found my confirmation number. I was able to cancel online using that confirmation code.
