Who should I fly OZ or UA and which plane do you prefer?

Programs: UA1k 3MM, AA Plt, peasant on everybody else, elite something or other at a bunch of hotels.

Think domestic F seats with similar pitch. Good service and food. No in-seat IFE or power. If on a day flight, not too bad; if a red eye, I'd look for other options.
