Purchased EBCI soon after booking the flight, early September '09. There were no BS passengers, and the flight was pretty much empty. I got the entire exit row to myself, largely because after I claimed the aisle seat, the FA sat in the row with me talking about the Disney Cruise I just got back from....

LGA-MDW was completely full and they asked for volunteers. Oddly enough, the exit rows stayed open a pretty long time.
