Southwest is ONLY an airline -- complete with all the faults of the airline industry!

No need for stress. I was just pointing out that if you want history, it's all in the FAQ. If you want a prediction, look in this thread or make a post recapping that history and requesting a prediction and rationale for why it might be different this year. Personally, I'm surprised that so few people are choosing to offer predictions. I mean, serious bragging rights are at stake.

The "open to" part should answer your question. If you have a suggestion for making the FAQ information easier to interpret, I'd like to hear it.

I tried to read the FAQ, I really did. I went through all of the 14 or so points and the link seemed to take me back to this message a few different times, but I did try.
As far as making it easier..... couldn't begin to come up with something that would work on the scale of Flyertalk. I just appreciate the fact that someone out there has a clue.
Thanks
Edited after finding there are 3 pages to this posting. When I got to the ads I stopped figuring I was at the end. My mistake.... I am sorry. Thank you for showing me life goes on to page 2.

OK, FTers... have your dates ready for booking - and checking things out.
Let's see if the NEW Awards (remember no blackouts) have availability around the Thanksgiving holiday. Usually day before and weekend after are impossible to get. Then report back.

Another good sign is the Washington Post story from earlier in the week saying that IAD fall destinations would be announced later this week. That probably means IAD schedules and fares too. Tomorrow is Thursday, so we shall see...
