Interesting. I'm wondering if Southwest has decided now to give more than just one set to those flyers that would have earned many, many sets?

I was surprised on my first WN flight since 2019 to hear they are accepting expired coupons. Unfortunately I tossed my 2020-expiring coupons long ago. Haven't gotten any new ones.

I'm so annoyed. I checked my profile at the rec of others here and somehow my preference was changed to "no" for receiving drink coupons. I never would have set that and was bummed they stopped sending them out to card holders years ago.

Interesting. Got my 2nd sets as well. Definitely not enough flights on Southwest between 1st set and 2nd set.

Not sure what is going on, but if they plan to catch up with every 10 flights in 2020/21/22 they still owe me around 5 sets, finger crossed.

I made "CP Lite" (75segs) in 2020 and A+ (50 segs) in 2021, all BIS segments- I'm owed a deck of DCs the size of playing cards!

That actually happened to me for some reason. I changed it back to yes and reached out on Twitter to see if they'd retroactively be able to send some for the flights I took in 2020-2021. They said they couldn't do it based off the past number of flights but would send me drink tickets for the inconvenience.

Anyone know when they started counting flights for new drink coupons? I think I should be due some more but I don't know when to start counting.

I flew a bunch of Biz Select tickets while drink service was interrupted. Still have mobile boarding passes. Any way to use those or SOL?

I just received a set of drink coupons (4 drinks) today. I only took one SW flight this year and the date on the letter show a few days after that flight. Not sure why I got these. No flight/baggage delay or no bad experience on the previous flight, though.

They're sent after each set of 10 one-way revenue flights. While the counter was "paused" during the pandemic, it's started back up now, and it carries over year-to-year.

Now that award flights count for A-List qualification for another week, maybe they are counting award flights so far in 2022 toward the total flights too?
