I ordered gift cards about 12:10am on Friday 6/11. However, in my rewards dashboard it shows as 6/10:
Jun 10, 2021 SOUTHWES 5260017698111 $100.00 6x 600 pts
Am I going to have to open a ticket with Chase? The rules said specifically the promotion began at 12am EST.

If what you say is correct - yes, open a ticket. Understand there is a real good chance the person on the other end will say it take s 8-50 weeks for it to post. (50 weeks is my sarcasm)

I have the same issue. Showing bonus points but not the 50x. I also purchased my 12:15 eastern (11:15 central)

My situation is similiar to yours but with the transaction date being after 6/11. Chase SM'ed me back and saying they forwarded this to the marketing team and they will get back to me in 7-10 business day.

I sent them (with my message) a screenshot of my email showing the day and time the purchase was made. Also, my husbands account is having the same issue. I didn't send them a message for his account yet. I'll do so after I get a response from Chase.

I did the same through secure message — included a PDF of the purchase confirmation email. I also escalated through a phone rep.

In this specific edge case you actually would have been better off with the lower fee Plus card; 1X + 49X + 5X = extra 100 points.

I knew I/we should have waited until after 6am. Appears we are getting the points. However, we shouldn't have to be taking time to message them or should we have to wait the full 8 weeks as everyone else that purchased after 6am are posting those with their next statement. This is the message I received. Not sure what they mean by memos will be placed on my accounts that are e-mail.

The rep says they are making an exception and sending the 5,000 points because the charge shows as being made at 06/10/2021 at 12:15:53 AM EST! I thanked them for fixing the error but let them know their systems are wrong and recognizing the wrong date for charges made in the early morning hours.

I'm not sure what you're saying. I'm central time and east coast is always an hour ahead of my time no matter what time of the year it is. Same as west coast is always 2 hours behind my time.
