It shows on all three of our cards.

To find it - login into chase and where there are some options like PAY CARD you will see MORE...

Click on MORE and then REWARDS DASHBOARD

You need to find the 'Rewards Dashboard'. When you are in your account (s), click the three dots next either Pay Card or by the word More.... It's in a couple of places for me.

I ordered gift cards about 12:10am on Friday 6/11. However, in my rewards dashboard it shows as 6/10:

Jun 10, 2021 SOUTHWES 5260017698111 $100.00 6x 600 pts

Am I going to have to open a ticket with Chase? The rules said specifically the promotion began at 12am EST.

If what you say is correct - yes, open a ticket. Understand there is a real good chance the person on the other end will say it take s 8-50 weeks for it to post. (50 weeks is my sarcasm)

I purchased a flight on 6/11 at 9 pm EST. The purchased is now showing a 6/13 transaction date and 6/14 posting date and just the regular 2x points. Sent a secured message and will see if they’ll manually adjust

Hi, Any updates on your message with southwest.
I have the same issue. Showing bonus points but not the 50x. I also purchased my 12:15 eastern (11:15 central)

My situation is similiar to yours but with the transaction date being after 6/11. Chase SM'ed me back and saying they forwarded this to the marketing team and they will get back to me in 7-10 business day.

I sent them (with my message) a screenshot of my email showing the day and time the purchase was made. Also, my husbands account is having the same issue. I didn't send them a message for his account yet. I'll do so after I get a response from Chase.

I did the same through secure message — included a PDF of the purchase confirmation email. I also escalated through a phone rep.

The fine print on the 50X offer was essentially "50X in total, comprised of 1X normal plus 49X extra on the WN Plus card or 2X + 48X on the Premier", and so on. Similarly, the activation-only 6X offer on up to $1500 on southwest purchases or 5X on gas purchases for May-June is actually 2X base + 4X extra on the Premier/Priority. The base points aren't cumulative, so you got 2X + 48X + 4X = 5400 points.

In this specific edge case you actually would have been better off with the lower fee Plus card; 1X + 49X + 5X = extra 100 points.

Got an update via secure message on one of my two Southwest cards (Performance Business). The rep says they are making an exception and sending the 5,000 points because the charge shows as being made at 06/10/2021 at 12:15:53 AM EST! I thanked them for fixing the error but let them know their systems are wrong and recognizing the wrong date for charges made in the early morning hours.

I knew I/we should have waited until after 6am. Appears we are getting the points. However, we shouldn't have to be taking time to message them or should we have to wait the full 8 weeks as everyone else that purchased after 6am are posting those with their next statement. This is the message I received. Not sure what they mean by memos will be placed on my accounts that are e-mail.

Sandie, thank you for submitting your receipt. This is what you can expect to see as long as your account is in good standing on offer date: Two points per $1 base earn, plus 48 points for a total of 50 points. Memos will be placed on your accounts that are e-mail eligible. Points will post up to 8 weeks after promotional offer date.

If you are using EST in the summer, it would be one hour off from the promo that was based on EDT. Only two US states are now on standard time.

I'm not sure what you're saying. I'm central time and east coast is always an hour ahead of my time no matter what time of the year it is. Same as west coast is always 2 hours behind my time.
