Unable to log in / duplicate PNR issues (related to ticketing system changeover)
Anyone else having issues?
Since yesterday, I have been receiving an error that says "We are currently unable to process your request. Please try again later."
I called WN and was told they are doing maintenance on the system. No ETA.

Suggest flushing the cache, closing your browser & restarting.

Me, too. I think it is a bigger problem than just maintenance.

Same here: reset emails not coming through. Also, had to call to change a flight (because I couldn't log on) and email confirmation came through with a bogus email address at the top in the "To" box. Then got another email confirmation for the RR points spent with a slightly different bogus email address in the "To" box. Hummmm. Hacked, perhaps?

Add me to the affected list. I have been blasting them over the phone and online and the woman in leadership I spoke to said it may take DAYS to fix this issue.
I came on here looking to find out where I can lodge a complaint. Now I see I am not the only one. Wow.
And I do computer work for a living. Believe me I exhausted every avenue trying to get in. Just a data point if this is happening to you and you have the app and the app has you logged in, DON'T log out of the app. You won't be able to get back in.

So I am having this same problem...
bonus: just dealt with a duplicate booking issue today
So the two are probably related like the post above suggests.
Also, the password reset emails don't come through to me either, even though other SW emails do.
So now what? No one on the phone there seemed to have any idea what to do. Do we just wait and hope they fix it?

Ironically enough, I actually am able to log in (but to be fair, it's been a couple of weeks since I've had problems).

I am not able to log in. At 4:41 AM, a flight was cancelled that I booked a few days ago. A few minutes later a 5:54 AM, I got new a confirmation for a flight that was booked for me to replace the old one. There is definitely something going on.
