So I am having this same problem...

bonus: just dealt with a duplicate booking issue today

So the two are probably related like the post above suggests.
Also, the password reset emails don't come through to me either, even though other SW emails do.

So now what? No one on the phone there seemed to have any idea what to do. Do we just wait and hope they fix it?
