Same here: reset emails not coming through. Also, had to call to change a flight (because I couldn't log on) and email confirmation came through with a bogus email address at the top in the "To" box. Then got another email confirmation for the RR points spent with a slightly different bogus email address in the "To" box. Hummmm. Hacked, perhaps?
