Argh, trying to book HOU-BZE and it keeps telling me to "Please re-enter a valid Rapid Rewards number in order to proceed. (1305)". I've reentered my number and it's definitely right. Maybe the booking computers haven't had their morning coffee yet?

Same here! I've tried all sorts of different methods, including adding leading and trailing zeroes plus confirming there are no spaces in the number and manually re-entering it. The 9 digit number I have is exactly the same as what is displayed on the right-hand column.

Well, at least it's not just me. For what it's worth I tried on a PC and on my iPad and no help there either. Guess I'll just have to try again in a little while.

They never were allocated. Southwest started doing that a couple years ago. WGA fares will be allocated much later if the flights don't appear to be selling out. Southwest wants to penalize points redemption for flights which will sell out.

Is there some big weather/IRROPS event going on somewhere in the system? I've been on hold almost 40 minutes now as one of my flights got a confirmation number but they points were not deducted and it errors out when trying to view it.
