Skyteam to Polynesia / Micronesia / Melanesia?

Skyteam to Polynesia / Micronesia / Melanesia?
Considering to use my Delta miles to go to some interesting places Polynesia / Micronesia / Melanesia.
Not interested in Hawaii; New Zealand is planned for a separate trip (paid).
Delta's mileage chart to Pacific region lists some quite obscure places (like Pitcairn Island) but there are no flights to most of them. What I've found so far is Fiji (NAD with Korean Air from ICN) and Palau (ROR with Delta from NRT). Are there other places in the region reachable by Skyteam?
I'd like to squeeze the most value of my miles by going to a place where regular fares are high, which is not overrun with tourists, where budget accommodations are available (as my primary chain - Marriott - doesn't have properties there), and where I can enjoy white sand, blue ocean and palms.
Is that possible?

Obviously PPT and NOU come to my mind. Beautiful, not crowded with tourists, high fares but do not expect to find easily cheap places to stay !

Well, that's not always true with using DL miles, apparently. Multiple people have reported success getting to MRU and SEZ on AF-coded flights from CDG that are not operated by a SkyTeam member (or SkyMiles partner). Probably not best to point out to agents that the flights are codeshares, of course.

It's not really bizarre when you consider that it's far easier to chop up the entire map than to chop up only places where you could get a flight. Sure, it's highly improbable that some of these places would ever have scheduled passenger service, but better to be prepared.

I would recommend NAN on KE. Good award value (at least from EU where I depart) and nice C service. Wide variety of budget accomodations. Beware of KE blackout dates for partner awards though.
