That's exactly what I said, they list places in their mileage chart which don't have flights, airports and even regular ship service. Yes, that is bizarre.
It's not really bizarre when you consider that it's far easier to chop up the entire map than to chop up only places where you could get a flight. Sure, it's highly improbable that some of these places would ever have scheduled passenger service, but better to be prepared.
