Adding reservation to the app prior to registration
Hi all,
As the title says, I made a reservation through the Sixt website without registering any account.
Later I found out that using the Sixt app, you get to choose your car before picking up it. The problem is that there is no apparent way to add the reservation I made earlier which wasnt done through the app or through my account. I dont want to miss out on this feature and I am going to rent the car for like 10 days so its really important to get a car I like.
Any help would be much appreciated. Thanks.

Did you prepay? If not, then just cancel and re-book. If you prepaid, and you can't cancel without a penalty (which is pretty typical with Sixt unfortunately), then call or email them to have them add your loyalty number to the existing reservation.

Thanks. I contacted Sixt and they have fixed it.
At the beginning they said it was because the credit card number of my booking and in the app didnt match and they can only add my loyalty number to the reservation. At first it didnt work but after fiddling with the app and adding my credit card number I can now see my reservation in the app.
