SIN arrival question
Upon arriving at SIN, it seems like there is no need to clear immigration and custom immediately according to a post listed here. Then is it possible to access departure airside after arrival? If I were to have a checked bag on arrival, is it possible to go to departure airside after claiming my bag but before clearing immigration and custom? Thanks in advance.

Whatever gave you that idea?

Upon arrival, you don't have to clear immigration right away if you don't want to, but your bags will be waiting for you AFTER immigration control. And if you don't show up to collect it within an hour, it will go to LOST BAGGAGE dept.

Some of us are kinda slow....could you re-phrase your query into simple questions, one right after another with a yes or no answer - rather than one long complicated one....i think we could be of more help that way, IMHO

Sorry for my rough question. Okay, I want to use Plaza Premium Lounge upon arrival at SIN. However as the lounge is located in departure airside, I should go from arrival airside to departure airside without a departure boarding pass. First, I'd like to know if this is possible before clearing immigration and custom. (yes or no) Second, if I were to have a checked bag, will it be impossible? (yes or no) Thank you very much for your help!

Changi does not have seperate Arrival and Departure concourse as some of the other airports do. So once you arrive, you are on the same concourse as people who have checked in for their flights and people who are in transit.
There is no concept of an Arrivals area as being separate from a departures area.
Plaza Premium Lounge is Airside and thus you don't need to clear immigration.
