Sorry for my rough question. Okay, I want to use Plaza Premium Lounge upon arrival at SIN. However as the lounge is located in departure airside, I should go from arrival airside to departure airside without a departure boarding pass. First, I'd like to know if this is possible before clearing immigration and custom. (yes or no) Second, if I were to have a checked bag, will it be impossible?
