SPN-GUM PDB included coffee, which I never see anywhere. They also managed to do a full beverage service in the air, contrary to mainland FAs who the try to avoid doing anything even on flights twice as long. (Flight time is about 20 minutes)

EWR-Italy in Polaris...absolutely nothing. And we were well over an hour delayed on the ground and the FAs were nowhere to be found. Pathetic. Who pays $10K+ for these tickets?!?!? Sure, a PDB isn't worth $10K (not suggesting that).

No PDB on mostly empty PHX-IAH today, boarding complete 30 minutes before push. Then went mx on taxi out for takeoff and returned to gate
