On the main PEP screen:
The FT on the white bar is the last two letters for end shift
The N on the blue bar is for walk in
The 77 is for ready rooms - both vacant and occupied
The 6 is for departures
IME, the only two ways to have a screen like that is either you're having a very slow morning at a dead hotel or you have a ton of extended stay.
And for the sake of completeness, on the other side of the picture: the Cance is for No Shows/Late Cancel and the odified is for Booked/Modified.

So much fuss about nothing. Most of the time there won't be any HS member in the house and even if there is, they will likely get an upgrade normal Diamond wouldn't get anyway. The only damage caused by Honours Society will be to fragile egos who can't handle being "lower in the hierarchy".

E-Mail answer from Hilton on my 2-page letter to the CEO. Basically, they don't give a s**t on Lifetime obviously. While I talked about the disvaluation of LT Diamond and the points itself, they obviously focused on their DR-Status, which I don't care too much.

Hello mbr
We would like to thank you for your feedback. Please be assured it has been shared with our senior leadership team for consideration. We regularly review the Hilton Honors loyalty program to ensure it continues to meet the needs and expectations of our members. While the recent changes will remain in effect, your input is greatly valued and appreciated.
Kindly note, we’ll continue to create moments for Lifetime Diamond members to be recognized and appreciated both above and on-property to deliver the most upgraded Hilton stay experience possible, while introducing Diamond Reserve for those traveling most today. This new tier requires 80 nights or 40 stays, and $18K in annual spend, creating a very small group so we can deliver enhanced benefits without compromising the experience for others.
Thank you.
Best regards,
V

Lifetime Diamond requirements
forgive me if this has already been asked.......
The Lifetime requirements are changing from Jan 1st, 2026 : 10 years Diamond plus $200,000 lifetime spend (previously 2m base points) or 1000 nights
Right now I have 10 years diamond and 1,985,000 base points. I have repeatedly asked customers services to confirm my lifetime spend, but the Indian service centre is completely useless. They either don't know the requirement of their own programme, can't tell me the lifetime spend, or just keep repeating the requirements.
Do you think that my lifetime spend should be at least $198,500 as we earned 10 points for every $1 spent? Do you also understand that the spend prior to Jan 1st counts towards qualification, or is it spend $200,000 after Jan 1st !

A lot of my life operates on what sort of disappointment I can tolerate, though.😄

Hilton Honors changed the requirement (dollars vice points) for the alternative to 1,000 nights. They did not change when your lifetime began.

In my experience, the best way to get accurate stats on your lifetime stats is to write an email to "[email protected]". I wrote them not long ago about my stats to the requirements before the change. My email basically gave them my Hilton Member Number and said "I would like to know where I stand on the journey towards lifetime Diamond status. Could you let me know how many years of Diamond status I have had (preferably with the years diamond specified in detail), number of lifetime nights, and number of lifetime base points?". I last wrote them on 8/17 of this year and got an answer on 8/22. Of course, I don't know how readily they have access to lifetime $$$'s spent, but it is worth a try. Please report back your results. They make? As in profit? Or Revenue?
In terms of GP it is a very small fraction of that. You know the points translate into dollars when they are used, and if you are compensated points for an issue at a hotel, that literally comes out of the hotels dollars that would otherwise be paid to them. You realize that Hilton's total Gross Profit was 10.05B last year. Also a large percentage of the revenue being reported from the Amex deal, is American Express paying Hilton for Honors points that were redeemed Amex cardholders transferring MR points to Honors points (over $1B per year).
Actual contribution to the GP of the company is less than 2% and that includes the GP from selling the points to Amex for the MR Points redemptions.

I spend a lot on my Hilton Aspire Amex. >$60k+ annually past few years. Quite possible this new diamond reserve will signal the end of the card for me. I do like breakfast, but upgrades are hit or miss for me as Diamond already. Late checkout is rare (usually clocking in at 1pm and even then with a fight). Never 4pm (and obv that remains). The other benefits have value (I spend that amount to earn points, & get those FNCs which easily surpass the annual fee). But if the upgrades dwindle even further, then that puts Hilton on par with IHG to my mind. And that may devalue the card in my eyes. We shall see what retention offer comes my way.
