The Lifetime requirements are changing from Jan 1st, 2026 : 10 years Diamond plus $200,000 lifetime spend (previously 2m base points) or 1000 nights

Right now I have 10 years diamond and 1,985,000 base points. I have repeatedly asked customers services to confirm my lifetime spend, but the Indian service centre is completely useless. They either don't know the requirement of their own programme, can't tell me the lifetime spend, or just keep repeating the requirements.

Do you think that my lifetime spend should be at least $198,500 as we earned 10 points for every $1 spent? Do you also understand that the spend prior to Jan 1st counts towards qualification, or is it spend $200,000 after Jan 1st !
