I booked last November for an Under Canvas stay in June. Didn't indicate it was a prepaid rate when I booked, but they charged me nonetheless. I didn't mind at the time, but now I'll be missing out on ~8K points because of it.
I would cancel/rebook, but there's no availability showing for our day, so don't want to take that risk.
Something MHC can help with, or am I SOL?

Please allow 3 to 4 weeks after check-out for Bonus Points to be posted to your World of Hyatt account.

I do not work directly for Amazon, but I work at one of its subsidiaries. I just tried signing up with my company email, and it went through with no issues.

I was ruined for camping MANY years ago during a Winter and Mountain Medicine 2 week training course at the Marine Corps Mountain Warfare Training Center in Bridgeport California (little south of Lake Tahoe). Our 2 or 3 days of Winter/Mountain Survival included a night away from the barracks. Two dentists and I dug a large hole in the snow and covered it with our ponchos or training parachutes. It worked well, I was warm and sleeping well, UNTIL it started raining in the middle of the night and the leak between the coverings was right on top of ME, definitely NOT a happy camper that morning

Unfortunately, AA specifies that it is a bonus mile so it is unlikely to be a loyalty point earning.
