I booked last November for an Under Canvas stay in June. Didn't indicate it was a prepaid rate when I booked, but they charged me nonetheless. I didn't mind at the time, but now I'll be missing out on ~8K points because of it.
I would cancel/rebook, but there's no availability showing for our day, so don't want to take that risk.
Something MHC can help with, or am I SOL?
