Is it still possible to book close-in NH J partner awards between asia-NA through M&M online? Availability that shows on UA isnt showing on M&M online whereas it was in the past. I do see some still show for asia-Europe, but none for asia-NA.

Does it just require calling in?

Can you change an award ticket after booking to a Flex plus ticket by paying the 50 eur change fee and the miles?

No, that can only be done by cancelling and booking a new ticket.

There is a separate thread for the new system, but no, it will not guarantee you any award inventory.
The amount of needed miles will just adopt to the cash price for the flight.

The entire system is down today, online & even the HON line cannot book or waitlist anything

I am trying to cancel an award booking. Yesterday the system was down. Today the agent at the call centre said they couldnt access the M&M account as that was down.

Most 3rd world countries would be ashamed at LHs IT.

Yes, they cannot do anything with awards, since they cannot access the M&M accounts, this follows their update 2 days ago.

HON Line is very frustrated.

They should put a new Badge on their apps, World Worst IT

I can log into M&M, but my flights from 3 and 4 days ago (on SN and LX) still haven't posted...

Abysmal, a real sh*t show these days. Even if they had the best app (), what good would it be with a crappy backend / integration layer that can't complete even simple requests like accessing a M&M account or an award search / booking or so?

Maybe CS and the executive management team should be forced to use (end) customer facing LH applications to book their own travels so they can figure out how delusional their claims at excellence are.

Now day four & still the HON line is unable to access anyones account, they cannot book anything, change waitlists , cancel or process upgrades, absolutely nothing apart from make revenue bookings

Another low point for M&L & of course what a coincidence with the massive devaluation coming on June 3rd.

do the same? Maybe different hours of operation?

Forwarded you to whom ? & to do what ?

Their systems cannot access M&M accounts, confirmed multiple times by HON line & by my HON PA.

First agent said he couldnt help (system problems) but that he could forward me to someone who could I dont know what department/centre I got forwarded to.
It was to put me on UG waitlist with miles and had to give PIN So somehow it seems he had access
