Maybe CS and the executive management team should be forced to use (end) customer facing LH applications to book their own travels so they can figure out how delusional their claims at excellence are.
Now day four & still the HON line is unable to access anyones account, they cannot book anything, change waitlists , cancel or process upgrades, absolutely nothing apart from make revenue bookings
Another low point for M&L & of course what a coincidence with the massive devaluation coming on June 3rd.
