Two typically. But checked again this morning and worked fine. I doubt it's anything on your end, just thought I would point it out.

Are Roame and the others done?
I did multiple searches on Roame today to/from different cities and got zero results on each.

@roame Any chance you can stop showing the upgrade pitch to people who have already upgraded? I see it on your email mailings and the web (even after logging in).

Great question. Could I ask you a few questions? Do you have an active subscription for a cancelled subscription? Because it shows for users with cancelled subscriptions, but should not show for anyone with an active sub

i have this too, in newsletters and the subscription page on the website, although i'm already upgraded as well

Some people here have been burned by subscribing to an award search service that depended on unauthorised access to airline data, then not getting what they thought they'd paid for because that access was blocked. Can you at least reassure us that Roame is not selling stolen data?

I have a paid subscription, but won't continue without that reassurance.
