United Heathrow E-gates
Flying into Heathrow for the first time on United on Thursday and seeing reports of crazy immigration lines due to the E-gate outage. Does anyone have more recent information how this is affecting United arrivals and how the immigration lines are at T2?
Also I am a US citizen, flying with 2 kids under 12. As I understand it, I am not allowed to use the E-gates. As a 1K, are there any faster ways to get through immigration at Heathrow?
